Firearms Training for Domestic Violence
Maryland domestic violence is on the rise, and victims are left with counseling, services and fearing for their life. They beg the courts for help, and pray it all works. When it does, that is fantastic and hopefully their lives grow from there.
When it doesn't work out and police are still minutes away, protecting your life from permanent injury or death maybe your only option. We have had women in our class who have the actual violence caught on 911. It's great that evidence is there, but that does not do anything for them while they are in surgery, rehab, or left with years of scars to work through. What is someone who is a victim of domestic violence in Maryland suppose to do in that situation?
You are either boiling thinking that someone would want a firearm in a domestic violence situation, or you are so grateful someone is offering this service and training. We are not an advocate of violence, we are supporters for life! Your life, learning to empower yourself to whatever level you desire so you feel safe, so you can sleep, so you can move on with your life.
