The training from Fortress Training is two days, 16 hours of training. Depending on the services you desire, training and certification begins at $395.00. We offer an all-inclusive Signature Service for our more discerning clients. This is the most complete carry training in the state. Brain Before the BulletDISCLOSURE - This is not a "tacticool" class. We are here to train you with one goal in mind, getting you home and not to the morgue or prison. Our training is not only about the firearm, but your mind.

The Core of CarryThis day is probably the most complete firearms training day in Maryland. This full day consists of a 100 round LIVE FIRE component, plus more.
1.5 hours of non-fire training on aspects of carry. 2-3 hours of tactical shooting, explaining the "why" behind the skill. 2 hours of off-range skill enhancement using professional SIRT training equipment to maximize skill development. You will complete drills on how to use a tactical firearm, and drills from Glock and a federal law enforcement agency. You will learn skills dealing with Accuracy | Speed | Round Counting Shoot / No Shoot scenarios * This is the most fully though-out training in Maryland. Please note we take our training seriously and expect the same from our clients. |
* Minimum caliber allowed for tactical training is a .380 firearm. However, you can use a lower caliber for the testing portion if you desire.*
