Recently I have discovered that the cost of the Utah Concealed Firearm's Permit training is about 1/3 of the cost of a few years back. Great News!! Is it? I understand the goal of these "Save-a-Lot" firearms service companies, pack the room and make your profit through volume, and hey you save money - it's a win all the way around! Maybe.
