6/30/22 - Today I spoke with Mark Pennak, president of Maryland Shall Issue regarding the topic at large. He said there are two current lawsuits and Frosh will CAVE! Submit your applications, MSP will not deny the applicant, at worst they will be held in order until the state gives in. It is inevitable!
6/29/22 - So the SCOTUS rules that Maryland is violating your constitutional rights to bear arms outside of your home. States like New Jersey and California have already tapped out and realized they were violating their citizens' rights. However, draconian measures are being taken in those states to make life difficult for their citizens. Attorney General Frosh is Maryland's highest-ranking officer of the court in the state of Maryland. He took an oath to uphold and support the Constitution of the United States. So far, he has ignored the Supreme Court of the United States and their constitutional ruling. I have NEVER seen such disrespect in my life. My feeling is he will slow walk this, make obtaining a permit as hard as he can, will be sued by thousands of Marylanders and will eventually cave. As disappointing is the church mouse Governor Hogan. Have you heard anything from him? Do you know the Superintendent of the Maryland State Police works for him, not the Attorney General? How about "purple Larry" call over to Pikesville and order the Superintendent who works for the executive branch to just start processing the permits? Folks, though the highest court in the land has spoken, our overlords believe they are above the law. MSI has recommended that citizens stand up for their rights and apply for a Maryland Wear and Carry. If you desire to get into a training, please check our schedule. |
