New Administration May Push to National Carry
Multi-State MAX Special Training Just got back from Salt Lake City, UT to get my instructor credentials re-certified. So I want to do something special. One of president-elect Trump's positions is for national concealed carry. Some previous legislation required you to have a home state permit, but some of the more popular bills last year did not specify a "home state" requirement. This could be HUGE for Maryland residences. So, what the heck - here is what I am offering..... Get in this training and I will GIVE YOU the tri-fecta of permits at no additional cost! The class is four hours in length and covers all aspects required for you to obtain the Utah Concealed Firearms permit.

As a non-resident of Utah you will need to include credit card information, check, or money order payable to UTAH BCI in the amount of $47.00. This fee includes your FBI and state background checks. You will also need completed fingerprint cards, and a 2x2 passport photo. These services are included in this class. As a courtesy to you, we will also send your completed application to the Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification.
In your class you will learn:
- Rules for safe gun handling
- An understanding of the different types of handguns
- Ammunition (practice and self defense) along with care and storage of your ammo.
- Proper handling of a firearm (stance, grip, and common mistakes)
- Range safety and how to fix common handgun issues while on the range or firing.
- Concealed carry holstering and expectation if you ever shoot someone.
- Cleaning, storing and carrying a firearm.

Disclosure - Here are things you need to know about Arizona and Florida permits.
Arizona.... We will provide you the application, training and certification. During the training you can be fingerprinted for this permit. AZ requires 2 cards, our finger printer can provide this for you at the time we fingerprint you for your UT permit. The fee to the finger printer is $10 per card, payable in cash.
Florida.... You will need to be finger printed by a law enforcement officer with arrest powers for the Florida permit. We will provide you the photograph needed for your permit. Florida no longer sends applications to instructors. You need to go online to obtain an application. Florida application can be found here.
Arizona.... We will provide you the application, training and certification. During the training you can be fingerprinted for this permit. AZ requires 2 cards, our finger printer can provide this for you at the time we fingerprint you for your UT permit. The fee to the finger printer is $10 per card, payable in cash.
